Your exact departure time for each day will be confirmed in your final itinerary email, which should be used as the definitive reference.

Your driver-guide will collect you directly from your accommodation each day.

They will be positioned as close to the main entrance as access allows. We kindly ask that you are ready to meet them at the entrance at the scheduled departure time.

Your touring vehicle is fully prepared for your comfort and convenience, including complimentary bottled water, Wi-Fi access, phone charging facilities, and umbrellas.

Should you require any additional personal items for the day, you are of course welcome to bring them with you.

Lunch arrangements are tailored to your bespoke itinerary and will usually take place between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.

This is generally scheduled as a 30-minute to 1-hour stop, depending on the pace of the day and your preferences.

Each morning, your driver-guide will review the day’s plans with you, provide recommendations, and assist with any reservations as required.

Yes, absolutely. Your driver-guide will incorporate suitable coffee, refreshment, and restroom stops throughout the day as required.

Should you wish to stop at any additional time, simply let your driver-guide know and they will be pleased to accommodate this wherever possible.

The expected finishing time for each day will be clearly outlined in your final itinerary confirmation.

At the conclusion of your day, your driver-guide will return you to your accommodation unless an alternative drop-off location has been arranged in advance.

Not in every case. In accordance with venue regulations and our terms of service, guiding inside certain sites is only possible where external guides are permitted.

Where internal guiding is restricted, your driver-guide will provide a detailed briefing beforehand, including the site’s history, key highlights, recommended route, and suggested visit duration.

You will then be escorted to the entrance and met again upon exit. During your visit, you may make use of the venue’s own audio guides, staff guides, or enjoy independent exploration.

Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are never expected.

Many guests choose to offer a gratuity in recognition of exceptional service. As a general guideline, this is often in the region of £100–£200 per touring day, though the amount is entirely a personal choice.

Yes, certainly. Guests are welcome to enjoy food and beverages in the vehicle.

We simply ask that all refreshments are consumed respectfully to help us maintain the high standard and presentation of the vehicle for your continued comfort.

Yes. We are pleased to provide child seating, mobility aids, and other accessibility support items, provided these requirements are communicated in advance and remain subject to availability.
